Testimonial Robert H. Griffioen
We are a group of 16 people from the USA. This coming summer in 2009, our group will be making our 5th trip to Europe. However, the outstanding thing is that it will be our 4th trip that we have hired i2cTourmanagement to plan our trip and be our guide for it. We will always use the services of Carsten Becker and his lovely wife Bianca when our group comes to Europe. Back in 1999, when we came to Europe for the first time, we had a number of unpleasant experiences that caused us to search for a new guide service for our next trip. We began our search and finally found what we were looking for in Carsten Becker who now owns i2cTourmanagement and for good reason. He is by far the best tour planner and guide a person could want. He speaks English better than I do. He does everything a person could possibly want. He and his company gave us “uncountable” suggestions for our itinerary. Once we decided on our itinerary, he then gave us multiple hotel choices, multiple choices of places to eat (many times arranging special menus to be made up for our group’s preferences), many choices of places to shop, and the list goes on. We had none of this flexibility on our first trip to Europe when we used a different Tour Company.
After our 1st tour with Carsten in 2004, I commented to him that the type of service he gave us was unavailable in the market…(at least none that I could find.) I suggested to him that he start his own company so that others could enjoy the great vacations he has the personal talent to plan. For our group, the bonus part of the vacation came when we got to meet Carsten and Bianca. They are unbelievably likable people. We consider them our friends to this day and they are 90% of the reason we keep coming back to Europe. It is always difficult for our group to leave them behind when we go home to the USA.
I could go on, but I believe I have made my point. The action of our group speaks for itself…we have used i2c Tourmanagement 3 times on our trips to Europe and this summer 2009 will be our 4th…
